Parafreeze
KE Parafreeze manufactures Freezers and Coolers within the KE Systems works. All freezers are fitted with Touch Screens which allow access to pictorial screens which fault diagnose and display running conditions. The position of any stoppage is instantly displayed on the touch screen. All freezers data log and can be externally accessed by computers.
Fluid Freezers
This freezer is used for individually freezing vegetables such as peas, corn, beans et. and some robust fruits. These freezers use two belts the first crust freezes the products preventing them from clumping on the second belt which freezes to -18C.
The fans are inverter controlled to obtain controlled fluidisation. With no control the bed can be under fluidized or over fluidized with holes being blown in the bed.
