Recycling Plants
A range of recycling equipment is manufactured from conveyors to balers, producing 25kg bales, shredders and dust separators. The shredders have contra rota ting cutters which are inverter controlled which, when a cutting overload occurs, reverses the cutters and stops the feed conveyor until the jam is automatically cleared.
When paper or wood shavings are shredded dust is removed by a rotary dust separator. The shredded material is either blown or conveyed into the top opening of the dust separator where rotating paddles move the shavings across the rotating dust screen. Air sucks the dust and fines into a cyclone which then separates the air from the dust.
Balers are mainly used to produce 20 to 25kg bales of paper or shavings.
